If it does not work try this: 1. - Delay your reaction; separate your emotions from your actions 2. - Understand why are you so disappointed. Do your homework. 3. - Do not play the victim; the worst thing you can do is blame the entire universe for your problems. 4. - Find a safe haven to relax, to get distracted, to be alone, to focus. 5. - When you feel ready, react and make intelligent decisions. Own your anger. Don’t let it own you.

Music is my obsession and I love hearing an assortment of new melodies. The music video was tunes. I for the most part hear such melodies when I need to cut off from my fatigue schedule. Incredible video folks! Keep it up.
