MEDIOCRACY

What did Margaret Thatcher mean when she said:
"The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money"?

She meant:
Socialism discourages people to innovate and to be industrious.
Socialism takes your soul away, so you wont have any aspirations and remain contented.
Socialism entitles citizens to spend wealth without creating it.
Socialism promotes a system in which mediocrity is rewarded!
